Items ordered before 5pm Monday to Friday will receive same day delivery within the Perth Metro Area to the address provided subject to stock availability. After 5pm will be next day delivery. There is no delivery Saturday or Sundays. Persons over the age of 18 must be available to collect.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not happy with something you have bought from us, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
Faulty Items
We try our best to check all products for faults prior to despatch, however if you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace it and ship it to you free of charge using our standard delivery method. Where stock is not available, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for that item. No refund will be given on freight charges.If you receive a faulty item, please report it within 7 days by sending an email to: bottleshop@boabtavern.com.au
On your email please include the following:
- At least one photograph the faulty item, highlighting the fault;
- The order/invoice number this item was delivered on;
- Your preferred contact details; and
- Your preference for refund or replacement.*
* While we will always try to meet your preference, this may not be possible in all situations.
Wrongly Supplied
If you receive an order that has been incorrectly supplied (wrong item, wrong size etc), please send an email to: bottleshop@boabtavern.com.au who will arrange to have the error corrected as quickly as possible.
Returning Items for Refund
Regardless of your reason, standard items purchased online from Boab can be returned for refund within 48 hours of purchase. After inspecting the returned items, we will refund the full purchase price of the item. No refund will be given on freight charges.
Refund Conditions:
- Returned items must be exactly as recieved
- No refund will be given on freight charges. You are required to pay any costs in returning the item to us and we are not liable for any loss or damage to the item during transit.
If you would like to return an item for refund, follow this process:
- Please advise us within 24 hours by sending an email to: bottleshop@boabtavern.com.au
- On your email please include your preferred contact details, details of the item you wish to return, and the order/invoice number this item was delivered on.
- Now post your item and a printout of the above email to: 107 Dundas Road, High Wycombe, 6057
- After inspecting your returned items, we will email you details of the refund.
